To get you started on your juice diet, we’ve put together some simple (and yummy!) recipes for you try out. Including basic ingredients like smoothie staple the banana to the small but fiery radish.


Cleansing Radish Juice

Radishes which are included in our cleansing radish juice diet recipe.

Ingredients: 10 radishes, 2 apples, 4 ring of pineapple and 3 celery sticks


  • Thoroughly wash all of the ingredients, then chop everything into chunks. The size will vary depending on your blender or juicer.
  • Put everything in the blender or juicer, chill the juice in the fridge then drink!


Antioxidant Broccoli Juice

Broccoli florets, which are included in our antioxidant broccoli juice diet recipe.

Ingredients: 2 medium broccoli florets, 2 apples, 1 inch of celery, ½ a yellow pepper and a dash of lemon juice


  • Wash and chop up the pieces so you have everything ready
  • Add one apple first then blend, add the rest of the ingredients then blend and finally add the other apple. Enjoy the juice!


Banana and Coconut Smoothie

A peeled banana, which is used in our banana and coconut smoothie juice diet recipe.

Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, 3 tablespoons of coconut milk yoghurt, ½ cup of almond milk and ½ a teaspoon of vanilla extract for sweetness
