Established in 2006, Parajumpers is an Italian outerwear brand known for its high-quality, functional, and stylish winter jackets. It was founded by Massimo Rossetti, a designer and former member of the 210th Rescue Squadron of the United States Air Force. The brand takes its name from the Parajumpers, a group of highly trained personnel who carry out rescue missions in extreme conditions.
Inspired by its namesake, Parajumpers' coats and jackets are made to be robust and endure the most hostile of conditions. Made from hard-wearing nylon, Parajumpers jackets come with a removable down-padded lining, fur-trimmed hood and other functional details. The brand's signature feature is the PJS snap-hook neck closure, designed to resemble the hook used in Parajumpers' parachuting missions.
