Gymheadz skin
This Gymheadz Sportswear Men's Performance Skin Range Long Sleeve T-Shirt White is quite good for training. I use it during winter in my outdoor gym as a base layer and it does the job well. The tightness of the garment makes me feel more solid when lifting and keeps the muscles warm, though it is probably designed for cardio work.

The material is lightweight. The big round neck allows you more freedom in exercising. The sizing is a little bit tricky. If you are a normal M, opt for the L.

This Gymheadz Men's Performance Skin Range Long Sleeve T-Shirt is an excellent fit. It's really tight and I will see how it lasts on a Judo Mat! A little thicker material wouldn't go a miss.
