Student Discount FAQs

How can I verify my student or youth status to get the youth & student discount?

To verify your status, you have multiple options through our trust partner gocertify.

1. PIN Code: A PIN code will be sent to your registered student email address. Enter this PIN code where prompted to complete your verification.

2. Learning Portal Login: Alternatively, you can log in through your institution's learning portal.

3. Student ID: You can also submit a picture of your valid student ID for manual verification.

4. Passport or Driving License: Upload a picture of your passport or driving license. This is automatically deleted within 24 hours.


What do I get once my student status is verified?

Once your student status is verified, you will receive a unique coupon code. You can apply this coupon code at the checkout page to avail of your student discount. Please note that each code is for single-use only and terms and conditions apply.


Can I use my student discount coupon in conjunction with other offers?

Generally, the student discount coupon cannot be combined with other promotional offers or codes. However, it applies to most items on The Hut. Please refer to the terms and conditions for full details on exclusions and limitations.
