Oh no.... but oh yes

After considering trying some form of creatine to help me push that little bit further during my workouts, I decided to purchase CEE in the powder form (mostly down to price, but also because it means taking less for same effects). I've nearly completed my first cycle before the break required and I'm finding I seem to be performing to a good level during short intense bouts of exercise. How much it is down to CEE I am unsure, as I have a physically demanding job and can never be sure if I'm just more or less tired from the days work. Overall I feel it is allowing me to do more, but here are some key points I'd advise: 1) Mix the CEE in as little water as possible, so you can neck it. Makes it easier to take and you soon get used to the taste. 2) Make sure you drink PLENTY of water, I was aware of this requirement and did increase my intake, but not enough. This gave me gut ache and I just felt ill which did not help motivate me to exercise. 3) Increase the amount of protein you intake. I personally only took a shake alongside a very good diet on busy days, but I seem to need more now. I'd hoping and feel this is down to increased activity ;)
