Barbour has teamed up with celebrated ceramics designer Emma Bridgewater to create AW/19's womenswear capsule collection, inspired by the rolling hills and picturesque countryside of the United Kingdom. The collaboration line’s limited-edition ‘Eleanor’ jacket reflects the core values of quality, functionality and masterful craftsmanship that lies at the heart of both Barbour and Emma Bridgewater's creations.
Realised in Barbour’s signature waxed cotton, the navy blue jacket is a reimagined edit of the British heritage brand’s iconic Beadnell Jacket, crafted with traditional details and lined in Bridgewater’s best-selling, multi-coloured polka dot print. Fastened with a row of six press-studs along the front placket, the hip-length jacket features a corduroy spread collar (that can be erected to expose the lining for a pop of colour), long raglan sleeves and a series of pockets at the front, including welted hand-warmer slips and two patch pockets secured with snap buttons.
An authentic trait of British tailoring lineage, the outerwear piece boasts double rear vents, secured with the same gold-tone buttons that appear on the front. Detailed with tonal-stitched flat fell seams and an embroidered logo on the front left pocket.
Shell: 100% Waxed Cotton. Lining: 100% Cotton.
Model is 174cm/5'8.5" and wears a size UK 8.
