I spent ages looking at reviews before buying this and never realised it was so difficult. I settled on the Wahl as my existing hair clippers are wahl and have given 25years service without a problem. On first use this grooming station worked quite well at tidying up my beard, although there are so many attachments it takes a while to work out what you need. I then switched to the hair clipper attachment and did my usual #1 cut. This gave me a much shorter finish than my old clippers - so beware! In all it does what I wanted - perhaps not the fastest way to trim but I'm sure part of this is down to user confidence.
