All ingredients are high quality, sustainably sourced, and, where possible, organic. Leave the school with a bag of dough to bake at home as well as a pack of recipes. There will be one seasoned chef for every ten baking enthusiasts.
Please wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. Aprons are provided.
