The story is very strange, which plays in the future. The combat is simple, maybe too simple. The trip is more than 10 hours in a beautiful world with incredible colors. I ended up really enjoying it! The boss fights, the puzzles and the nice scenes in the story makes this game great!Report this review
I recently purchased the game of Enslaved. It is rated PEGI 16. I agree, this game is not too violent. It's a fun game and promises hours of entertainment.Report this review
Funny action game based on the Journey to the West chinese story. Technically solid (powered by the Unreal Engine 3) and entertaining, a great deal for me.Report this review
A nice game. Beautiful graphics, I love it. The game play is great too. The game a bit short but other than that a wonderful game. Recommended.Report this review
Great game. Very colourful and even a year after it's release, it still holds up. The surroundings look very original, and the layouts are well-designed. The story is quite ok too. The action sequences seem a bit repetitive. The climbing scenes seem nothing more than just pointing the stick in the right direction and mashing a single button, and the fighting far from as comprehensive as the likes of God of War, let alone the Ninja Gaiden-series. The beautiful surroundings make up for a lot though, and the story does invite you to finish the game.Report this review

Enslaved: Odyssey to the West is simply amazing. Ninja theory has done a good work: style, rhythm and a solid narration blend into a unique structure; this title is a beautiful journey, highly emotional and protagonized by two memorable characters. Despite some technical flaws and a combat system and platform mechanics not deep like the narrative, if you enjoy well written story you really shouldn't miss this one. Truly revelation, Enslaved with a more competition and deeper gameplay, it is one of the best action games of the generation.Report this review
After some time with fps games I really found this one interesting. Enslaved is an puzzle solving, item collecting, smooth running adventure. The story has some questions in the beginning but comes around along with your progress. A touch of humor in between and some pretty good characters (not that many actually). Maybe a bit short but in my oppinion better short than boooring... Well worth the "cheap" price.Report this review
This is what you should expect from Ninja Theory. They have been one of the best developers around and Enslaved showed how good they can be. Game has excellent design, vibrant colour palette and packed with trademark action sequences. Half way through the game, I cannot believe that such a rare gem went almost unnoticed. If you love games like DMC and Bayonetta, Enslaved is a must buy.Report this review
I really enjoyed this game. Even though it is not perfect, I think is a very good game. The graphics are great, the gameplay is fun and the charisma of the characters is awesome. The game experience remembers me the experiences I had playing Prince of Persia titles. The game comprises a lot of platforms and some battles. Under my opinion, the main problem of the game is the difficulty (in fact the lack of it). The game is veeeeery easy. I did not feel any challenge when playing it. Droids are easy to defeat, as are the final bosses. The platforms sections are quite easy since the places where you can jump are glowing. About replayability, I believe the history and the charisma of characters may deserve a second play… ;)Report this review
