Dragon's Dogma is the perfect JRPG with a little bit of action. It should be the Game of the Year.

Expect to sink endless hours into this one

Excellent game. I don't remember spending this many hours on a PS3 title in a long, long time. The plot is pretty throwaway-stuff, but you won't stop to notice it from highly entertaining quests around the huge world and really, really good combat and character customization. Buy it.

Dragons Dogma Review

5

Dragons Dogma is a classic RPG game that respects what is good in a game. It's not all about the graphics, Capcom kept in mind that games are about story line and game play not just graphics. The controls are comfortable, you don't need to break your fingers to push buttons, and they are easy to learn. The story line is very clear and easy to follow. Overall it is the best RPG I've played in many years.

Dragon's Dogma

Well... Dragon's Dogma is a game where you have to think before you act. I have played Elder Scroll series, Dark Souls, etc, but for the first time, this is the only game which makes me feel that I have to plan everything very well before venturing into quests and wilderness due to constant spawn of monsters (others, I can rush in and do everything to survive). As for the pawn system, it is a great way to make me feel that this game is an online game made offline. The combat system is also realistic - you die if monsters attack you from behind, you can grab harpies' legs which is a flying creature, and moreover finally I can see a game where you see monsters are feeling the heat by running around and screaming when they are burning after you threw them fireballs. For me, this is the best RPG ever created.

Great Rpg/Action game

5

Dragon's Dogma is a great game to have! There is a big map to discover and some mazes around to discover if you'll have time for them, as the game is very vast and can be done freely as you like to play games. The graphics are great, the combat sequences are tactical and vast on the builds that you create on every character you have along the way. I recommend this game for everyone, but mostly for those who like fantasy and RPGs.
