Fantastic film. My 10 year old daughter loves it. Would recommend. A great love story.
A very enjoyable well acted film set in fantastic scenery. The storyline is whimsical and oh so romantic and will leave with a warm glow.
This film offers something a little different to many titles being published at the moment. Good performances all round from the cast and a straight-forward, entertaining story line. The sceney also adds a pleasant dimension to the film.
I've already been to Tuscany and I couldn't miss a film shot there. The landscape is beautiful and the story is moving. The actors give life to a story that could only happen in Italy, because the Italians have a special way of looking at love. I liked the performance of all the actors specially Vanessa Redgrave and Gael Bernal.
A Stunning and Romantic film, beautiful scenery, a very uplifting feel good film, i watched this with my husband, and i didn't think it was going to be his type of movie, but he actually really enjoyed it also.
I Really liked this heart warming tale, although it was a little predictable it was a lovely storyline and a great girlie movie.
Really enjoyed this film! Amanda Seyfried was great in it, plus its something different than the ordinary romantic film. Could be watched again and again and still pick up extra things. Highly recommend.
Normally I'm not a big romantic fan but something about this movie that just kept me interested. I liked the story and the characters it was just a really good heart warming film.
The film is a beautiful portrayal of long lost love. The scenery is wonderful, the acting is great and the storyline is compelling. So grab a copy of the film, a large bar of chocolate and a box of tissues and enjoy.
This is a classic chick flick, not the best i've ever seen but it ticks all the right rom-com boxes. Sophie, played by Amanda suefried, goes to Verona for a holiday with her fiance. There she joins a letter writing brigade and tries to reunite lovers from half a century before, played by Vanessa Redgrave and Franco Nero. This is a lovely film, Vanessa Redgrave gives a great performance and you walk away feeling happy.
