Spinning off from Man About the House, GEORGE AND MILDRED features erstwhile landlords George and Mildred Roper ‘moving up’ into suburbia at 46 Peacock Crescent, Hampton Wick. Mildred is in her element, playing up to her posh neighbours, but George is mightily unimpressed with the whole thing and is determined to ignore as much of it as he can, though he has his hands full with both the neighbours and Mildred’s awful relatives.

Thankfully, the George And Mildred - Complete Box Set has all the episodes from the first to the last, and is well worth the buy, rather than purchasing each series one by one for roughly the same price. This box set has every series in one box set, and is a classic sitcom that's sadly no longer on TV. For lovers of classic comedy, George and Mildred is still able to raise a belly laugh, even though slightly dated. It's highly recommended.
