Descended from a pottery company based in the English heartland of Derbyshire, Mason Cash is a British homeware brand famous for its classic earthenware and stoneware, particularly its iconic mixing bowls and pudding basins.
Originating over 200 years ago in a small pottery in Derbyshire’s Church Gresley, Mason Cash started out producing kitchen essentials using the ‘white and cane’ glazed earthenware which would become known as ‘yellow ware’ thanks to the colour of the local clay. Using that same clay in 1901, Mason Cash & Co designed and manufactured the first Mason Cash mixing bowl as we know it today. Functional, durable and with a timeless design, the Mason Cash mixing bowl has become a British kitchen essential—so much so that it was selected for The Great British Bake Off as the show’s staple mixing bowl.
Since then, the brand has developed its range to take on pudding basins, bakeware, utensils and more using the brand’s signature attention to high-quality construction and forward-thinking, functional design.
