MP MAX® BCAA 1500 is a high potency formula containing a massive 1500mg (per tablet) of the amino acids L Leucine, L Isoleucine, and L Valine. These 3 amino acids make up approximately 35% of muscle protein, making them essential for tissue growth, strength and recovery.
BCAAs are not like other amino acids as they are not metabolised in the stomach, and are instead metabolised directly in the muscle. Flex!
I've greatly improved my fitness in recent years, but due to the type of intense cardio works I do for the sports I enjoy, I've never got as big as I could. Having tried creatine to aid me in strength training, I had seen small improvements, but I was advised I was probably burning off a lot of the muscle I was building. Since purchasing these, I've only taken them around my most intense cardio workouts, hoping they will reduce the muscle burning... and boy do they seem to have worked! I seem to recover after the workout when taking these and I seem to be bulking far easier, with proper muscle (not water like some do with creatine). Highly recommend these to anyone who feels they need to increase their BCAA intake to avoid muscle burn!
