Gold Standard - It's in the name!
This Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey is a fantastic supplement for weight training. Gold standard it a highly regarded product and well known; exactly the reason I bought it. This product also comes in a durable tub (not a bag) - so perfect for storage. I purchased the Strawberry flavour, threw it in my mixer bottle and just tastes like any other strawberry milkshake, which is a plus for protein shakes. Good product at a very good price!
