Teasing packaging
I received it a couple of weeks ago and it took that long to break into the bottle! No spring chicken, with arthritic thumbs, I tried in vain, time after time, to prise up the little lid and failed totally, succeeding only in breaking my nails. Another symptom of old chickenhood - diminishing eyesight,- failed to show me that it was sealed with very strong transparent tape. Eventually (more broken nails) removing it - I have been able to try and use the shampoo at last. Too soon to give a lasting opinion, but so far, so good! Would the manufacturer consider labelling the bottle as pensioner-proof?
