Description
Line and define eyes with the Lord & Berry Couture Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil. Silky and smooth, it creates a semi-matte look, whilst the highly pigmented formula gives a rich colour for ultimate definition. Create long-lasting, dramatic lines, or blend for a sexy, smudged look. It's gentle enough to be used on both the upper and inner lid.
Directions: Line the upper and lower lashline with short strokes, and blend if desired.
