A research driven, time-released protein blend, this PhD Nutrition Pharma Blend 6hr provides you with a precision-formulation for optimum performance.
Containing synergistic amounts of micellar casein, whey protein, egg white protein and soya protein isolate all mixed with essential peptide-bonded I-glutamine. With flaxseed oil to offset protein degradation even further and provide you with good fats needed to get you into a state of lean muscle growth and repair.
PhD Nutrition Pharma-Blend 6 Hr is primarily effective as a pre-bedtime protein meal, however it can also be used at stages throughout the day when eating every 2-3 hours is not an option, or cannot be achieved. Do not allow your body to go longer than 3 hours without muscle building nutrients, you work too hard and have sacrificed too much to fail.
Directions of use: Add 2 rounded scoops to 300-350ml ice cold water or milk and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
