Important Information
Your voucher is valid for 10 months for TWO people. You are free to contact the operator to book a date for your experience using the information provided. This experience includes a consultation, make-up and hair style for each person, followed by a photo shoot of both people. You will receive one complimentary A5 print per pair (not one complimentary print each). You each have the option to purchase additional prints after your shoot but are under no obligation. A £5 P&P charge will be payable to cover Recorded Delivery of your print(s) at some locations.
Participants must be aged 18 year or over unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. You photoshoot must take place within three months of registering your voucher with your chosen studio. A fully refundable deposit of £30 per person is taken; this will be reimbursed in full after your session. Deposits will be lost if you fail to attend your appointment unless cancelled or rearranged within 48 hours of making the booking.

How long will it take to arrive?

You can also check the status of your order and individual items by accessing your account details and following the prompts.
Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.
It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
