More of the same but lacking Xbox live multiplayer
This edition of Scene It? is followng the same style as its predecessors. If you've not played the previous Scene It?'s then I'd recommend doing so, great fun on your own or perfect for social occassions if you all like movie trivia. Once agan this game supports the 'big button controller' that you can get for the X360. Once again the game has short or long versions of the game with up to four players at a time. This version also introduced the 'star system' where at the end of rounds you can obtain stars for doing various things, basically the same as the 'awards' in the previous games but instead of getting a fixed point boost you can play these stars on a round to get 1.5x points from correct answers. Beware though, you have a slider that appears when you select to use the skill and if you press the button at the wrong point you will give the 1.5x bonus to another player! A great addition. The rounds of old still appear: movie clips, sketches, audio round, date of release, missing words, credit roll, etc and they have added one or two new versions of rounds in this. The biggest let down on this game was the fact it took a step back in time. It no longer supports the Xbox Live avatars like Box Office Smash. It also doesn't support any online play at all!! I was stunned. Again I had most fun pitting myself against friends online with Box Office Smash so unless I want to play alone then I have to wait for visitors to drop by before I can play with others. Rather annoying and hence the mark-down to 4 stars. That said, the game is great and there is a large wealth of questions that means you don't often see the same ones twice unless you play it do death.

Poorest in series
A huge drop in functionality since the second Scene It on the XBox360. On-line multiplayer has been removed. Avatar support has replaced with stock avatars. Presentation of the game is poor. A huge let down. The questions should have been released as DLC rather than the half-hearted move to a mult-platform. You are likely to be disappointed if you have played Scene It on the 360 before.
