Amazing game and graphics!
Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning is a very nice game with a great world to explore. There are many quests. It offers a lot of opportunities in the fights and there is more than one way to deal with a quest. It's totally worth the money.
Very nice... Not the end and more than 50 hours...!!!
The game starts off way to slow. It takes a long time to really get into the game. It has some bugs and fails to autosave at crucial moments. The story is boring to follow due to the horrible voice acting. And quests are sometimes a bit confusing. Positives: Brutal attacks, spells and skills. Lots of places to discover and many hours can be put in. Worth playing, but certainly not a must have.
Excellent Game.. The only thing that is missing is target lock, without it some battles became a little confusing. Other than that a great game ;)
Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning is a very good game at an excellent price. Recommended for RPG and hack and slash players!
It is really a good game.
Good, really great product
Tried the Kingdoms Of Amalur demo and loved it. Bought the full game and did not regret it. Beautiful scenery, easy handling of the character and not overly complicated like many RPGs. Great purchase.
Great!
Kingdoms Of Amalur is a great RPG with beautiful graphics, interesting storyline and great gameplay. For RPG fans there's lots to do, loads of side quests, character development, loot to pick up and enemies to fight.
If you like Dragon Age 2 (history, graphics...) but think battles ares repetitive and boring, this is your game. Reckoning has the better points of Dragon Age 2 (produced by EA too) and include battle modes reviewed to get better experience game. It's a good RPG.
Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning really captured me. I'm usually into typical action games and the last time I played an RPG was years and years ago. Nonetheless, Ive been playing Reckoning for roughly 30 hours now and Im still losing sleep on it, for how much I like it. I love fighting enemies/monsters, collecting objects, upgrading my armour and weapons, and completing quests. Despite all my efforts, I feel like Im not even halfway through the game. Definitely a challenge worth trying out!
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is an interesting game, but in my opinion it should be for more than one player in my opinion. I would highly recommend that anybody try it, though!
Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning is a good game, even if it will not have support because the company which developed it is closed. Good graphics, very good story and it took a long time to finish.
Awesome game. Better than Dragon Age, not so good as Skyrim though. Pretty Big, it took me 38 hours to complete main story line, and 2 side quest lines, still need to do a lot! Probably 60 - 70 hours worth of gameplay. The game took a lot of Skyrim (which is good), and gameplay is more like a hack and slash game even though button mashing won't work. Highly Recommended.
Highly recommended if you like roleplaying games of Wow and dragon age styles.
If you look for a great RPG experience then Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning is your game! Gameplay It's very unique for an RPG because it plays similiar to GoW combat! You even finish enemys with QTEs off when you're in destiny mode, and it looks awesome. You have in this game 3 skill trees; you can either focus on one, or mix them all together. I, for example play a mage warrior - very fun. You do your typical quest and side missions and gain exp and loot. You can find a lot of hidden treasures and uncover dungeons and cities. There are in total over 100, so you can imagine the world in KoA is very very big and it looks amazing. This game runs very well on my PS3; no tearing or framedrops. You have to install KoA on your Harddrive.
If we compare Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning with EA's other RPGs, it shines in comparison. This is due to the great voice acting from the cast, along with excellent, vibrant visuals. The only thing that lets this game down is the story, which feels epic and grand at first, but quickly becomes bogged down with a lot of the story lying in side quests. Side quests are generally alright, but when all side quests seem to involve some fetching of one item and handing it to another NPC for money, it becomes slightly repetitive. All in all, Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning is a great game, and a stepping stone to those who have never played an RPG before, but gets repetitive quickly if you haven't already been sucked into the game's story.
Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning is a really good RPG with fun combat and gameplay, as well as an engaging storyline. Very much worth the price.
Reckoning is a more than decent game. Doesn't reach the level of Elders Scrolls or Dragon Age but isn't far behind. The experience leans more to Dragon Age because of the huge yet limited world. You can't just go where you want and how you want. The world, and its several subdivisions are more than interesting enough to make up for this. Nice story, although it tends to disappear into the background because of the multitude of side quests an side stories. The action is fluent and the controls are near intuitive. The tutorial more than covers the basics and while playing, and gaining abilities, you easily keep up with the expanding number of possibilities. In-game you sometimes encounter some unbalances, but as they tend tot be in the advantage of the player, nothing to worry about. After over 70 hours finally starting to get near the ending (still 1 out of 5 regions to go though) Overall a nice game, logical controls, a world that keeps you going and for quiet some time as well. Definitely worth your while/money/time.
... it would be Kingdoms of Amalur. Overall it's an amazing game, that's definitely worth the price. By the end it starts to feel a bit tedious as far as quests and gameplay goes, but it still brought me over 50 hours of fun on the hardest difficulty before I had my platinum trophy.
Looking for an accessible action rpg with some unique twists in a vibrant fantasy world? Then Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning may be for you. In many ways Reckoning resembles World of Warcraft; a vibrant fantasy setting with some unique graphic design, skill development trees, and more simplistic interactions with non player characters. Players of WoW will feel comfortable here although it's in the area of combat which Reckoning is the most fresh; an action oriented system which takes a leaf out of God of War's fluid third person action ethic. If you're looking for a truly immersive experience with options and choices in virtually all aspects of the game look to the land of Tamriel. If you're looking for an action rpg game with a fluid action experience and an engaging and vibrant sense of design then give Reckoning a try, you may just fall in love with it.
If you like ARPG, this is your game. If you like hack'n'slash, charting territories, discovering treasures, leveling up your charachter's skills... it's your game too. Kingdoms of Amalur is FUN, is BIG and is all that a great rol-playing-game must be.
