i never played something so epic as God Of War 3. It is perfect in what it does, great animations, fantastic graphics and effects, fluid combat and zero load times. It's the perfect end for god of war and it's a must have for every ps3 user. It's a great experience from start to finish.

God of Action/Adventure Gaming

God of War 3 has definitely topped its predecessors in terms of gameplay refinement, Visuals (some would say that it is the best looking console game ever), Platforming sequences, Boss-battles, and it nails the scale and scope of ancient Greece, with amazingly in-depth detail on architectural aspects as well as with the boss-fights. Immersing yourself in this game is very very easy, and it can be best described as a roller-coaster ride from start to finish, with the 'Awe-someness' dial set all the way up to high for the 8 - 14 hours that it may take you to finish the game. The voice-acting is top-notch so are the orchestral scores,, sucessfully capturing the pathos of our character Kratos. The game does not have a lot of replay value, granted if you don't want to platinum it. Overall, God of War 3 is one of this year's finest, and a must-buy for anyone who owns a PlayStation 3 and wishes to let off some steam while eviscerating Greek Mythology.

God of War 3 Gamer review

If 3rd person action orientated games are your thing, you simply cannot miss this title. This is the third in the series of god of war and the first to be on the amazing playstation 3. Visuals are simply jaw dropping as the game moves between cinematics and gameplay seamlessly. Animation is as good as ever, from killing a taurus to defeating zeus. If you have not played the previous two title, do not worry. The game gives enough overview to complete the story to new comers to this amazing franchise. At the hut , there is a special currently on a bundle of god of war 1 and god of war 2 for the playstation. Graphics have been beefed up a bit for the playstation 3. God of War 3 is not simply a hack and slash game as there are some puzzles to be solved to gain access to special treasures. Once the game is finished there are challenges, which i myself am still struggeling to complete. All in all, a great end to a great story.

This was the best game I’ve ever played in the action/adventure genre. The game takes you inside with amazing graphics, combos, effect and especially music like a Hollywood Movie. I think God of War III will open a new era in the game industry. When I finished the game there was one thing in my mind. It is a "work of art".

The combat in GoW III is as good as ever; fluid, diverse, and fun. The default difficulty is just right, with you feeling powerful and rarely gets frustrating. Higher difficulties provide a great challenge, forcing you to play more strategically, making for a more rewarding combat experience. 2nd Best PS3 Game Ever

If it wasn't for Uncharted 2, this game would be the king. But even so, it is the kind of game that will make your jaw drop for 8 hours, and then another 8 when you play it on hard. It's stunning, and I cant stop playing it. Masterpiece.
