With 4 distinct character classes, 46 weapons, 15 gadgets, 13 character specialisations and over 15000 kit variations to discover and master players will be able to fine-tune their preferred fighting style to give them the edge in combat.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is an excellent game. The campaign mode is very attractive and there is also an incredible multiplayer mode. It is very highly retails and I highly recommend it.

Battlefield Bad Company 2

The battlefield series has always been one of the top FPS games on the market, and BC2 justifies just that. With destructible environments, amazingly realistic sound and stunninig graphics, the game offers alot for gamers. Its fun and also boasts a hardcore mode for those wanting even more realism. The weapon choice is very good and the weapons can be customised with a number of perks including red dots and 4x magnification scopes. It offers intensive vehicle combat aswell, featuring tanks,APCs,buggys and helicopters, also a nice addition is the UAV which can call in Hellfire missile strikes on enemy positions and can also be fitted with a mounted machinegun.. overall this game is very satisfying and offers alot of fun, especially online and even more when played with friends in squads of 4.

the best shooter

This is the best shooter for Playstation 3. It's fantastic. You can play in more modes in the same game and the story is very interesting. It's a great game. Mixing action with comedy in history. I recommend it over Modern Warfare 2.

War has started

This game gets almost everything right, and is by far the best multiplayer FPS. It has just the right amount of realism vs. arcade to make it approachable and enjoyable. It's not as hectic spawnkilling as COD, but not as slow tactical game as Rainbow Six (Raven shield). You do have to be smart however if you want to live in this game. It's highly skill based game, think fast, aim with care and shoot steady. Completing something within a game that helps the whole team always gives you great feeling of achievement. Different character classes have each unique and very important equipment to use in different situations. Earning experience is well executed, and it's crucial for you to get new equipment and weaponry. What is a medic without means to patch up his comrades? Graphically some might say that it could be better, but I think that fluid action is essential in these kind of games, I choose latter over few pixels at any time. Sounds are one of the best I've heard in any FPS, turn up the volume in your home theatre and be amazed. Play it, or miss one of the best FPS games ever!

A great FPS

Okay, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 may not be considered the most innovative game this year. But with it's decent destruction system and very addicting gameplay - it's certainly one of the best. The singleplayer campagin features an interesting storyline and allows us to visit many different environments (from snowy Russia to gold deserts or tropical forests) and it won't bore you as you play. But the main Battlefield's feature, as always, is multiplayer mode. Players are allowed to choose one of four specialisations: Recon, Assault, Engineer or Medic and with time upgrade them with different weapons and gadgets. Maps are carefully designed, so every single one is characteristic and playable. You can squeeze at least 30 hours of sheer action out of this mode, provided you're not afraid of online shooters, which justifies the expense alone. And in addition, the game is supposed to be supported by EA DICE for some time, which makes me hope for more maps and weapons!
