OMG
Other than walking the dog for miles every day I have not done any major physical exercise for some time. Although not being totally unfit this was a complete shock to the system. I found it difficult to keep up with the tempo at times. I was absolutely shattered afterwards. It certainly got the heart pumping and was a bit of a laugh watching the boyfriend trying to get his hips going. I will enjoy future sessions whilst watching him try to loosen up.

what a workout
Zumba fitness certainly does what it says on the packet, I have never worked as hard for a long time, but certainly had a good laugh along the way. Think my co-ordination will improve too. Just love it.

I really do like the Zumba Fitness game. It's great fun, once you get the hang of it. If you want to keep fit, then this is the game for you. .

party in your livingroom
I bought the Zumba Fitness so I can get a little extra practice at home. I have to say its very good especially as you can do it by yourself. This is also great if you cant make it to any classes because of other commitments! A definite must buy.

Fun exercise
I bought this because I can't bring myself to stick to regular exercise, but this is so much fun and a great workout at the same time. I'm still only on the beginners section but it is not that difficult to pick it as you go along and even if you mess up on a couple of moves you're still getting a workout in the privacy of your own home. Ideal for anyone who wants to try zumba instead of or before joining a class.
