Great workout
I was looking for a fitness game for the Wii to get in shape. I'm size 8 so don't need to lose weight but suffer with bad backache. I decided to buy My Fitness Coach:Club as it was cheaper than Wii Fit and although I'd heard some good reviews, I wasn't expecting much. I was really surprised! It's a great workout and easy to follow. The camera is great so you can see if your doing it right! You dont need any other equipment, although I would get an exercise mat! I've played this three times this week and I have to say you can really feel it working - my backache has almost halved! I would recommend this game to anyone wanting to lose weight or get in shape. It's great valve too!
