The specifically designed Nintendo 3DS environments, based on iconic levels from popular Sonic the Hedgehog titles, will include an exclusive unlockable ‘Special Stage’ allowing players to become even more immersed in Sonic’s world. Sonic Generations for Nintendo 3DS will also take advantage of the StreetPass™ feature by enabling players to collect new content and unlock bonus material each time they pass another player. In addition to this, the new two-player versus mode means fans can battle it out across some of the most recognisable Sonic environments in a completely new way.

A great throwback.

Containing both retro Sonic 2D and modern sonic 3D this game has provided hours of entertainment. As expected the retro 2D levels of the game gave a fantastic feel of nostalgia with a very nice graphical upgrade while the 3D sections, while confusing for me at first, also provided to be more than I expected from a modern sonic game. I did have some trouble getting the 3D function working correctly as it seemed I was getting double pictures regardless of where I held the device. However, even without the 3D of the 3DS it was great visually with very fun gameplay. For a Sonic fan who has the Nintendo 3DS I would definatley recommend this game.

Sonic Generations is a brilliant adaptation, It has that classic feel of the original but with a flare of updated character via the 3D and animations between acts. I highly recommend to all Sonic fans.

hours and hours of fun!!!! my 6 year old,2 year old and myself and hubby love it! the 3d takes a bit of getting used to for us oldies! but the gane is fab, brings back all my childhood memories of the mega drive anyway! fab price too at the hut, £19.99 no where beats this price!!!
