good sturdy bell
Nice bell if you want a decorative piece rather than something that will just stand on the shelf. We had a hole in the wall where the previous doorbell had been removed so placed this over the hole. Nice and loud. A bit fiddly to change batteries as they are underneith the speaker box.

Nice Loud Chime
Nice Loud chime. I chose the simple ding-dong as the others were a bit annoying, Amazing clear sound from all areas of the household, Nice neat bellpush ringer box with good adhesive pads but I was surprised at how big the receiver speaker was. The speaker needed fixing to a wall where as my previous doorbell speaker just sat on the mantlepiece. Hubby not best pleased as hates DIY! I could not get the doorbell to transmit through the outside wall though as my previous doorbell had so had to fix it onto the glass window part of door and now works just fine. Seems Ok on battery power. Installed at christmas and working fine so far whereas my old doorbell was a battery guzzeler in fact I now have excess stock of batteries as I bought extras just in case.
