if you liked the blue planet... this is every bit as good.

The "Life" series follows in the footsteps of the excellent "Planet Earth" and "Blue Planet" series' and it does it well. The standard of the cinematography is incredible, for example be prepared to see closeups of insects at incredible levels of detail and definition. Also, as seen in the behind the scenes footage, the crew have employed a variety of inventive filming techniques to capture some stunning footage. Then of course we have David Attenborough with his usual infectous enthusiasm. So, if you are a fan of natural world documentaries and David Attenborough you can't really go wrong with this dvd collection.
