Description

Very good version - enjoy!
I now have 5 versions Jane Eyre on DVD and this is one of the best. Electric performance from the 2 lead characters the sparks of tension and sexual chemistry are beautifully portrayed. Studied this novel for my GCSE English Literature 40 years ago and still find I love it as much today. It never loses the energy and skilled writing that sweeps you along from the first page to the last. Yes some parts of the novel have been smoothed away to keep it to a film length, but on the whole I still enjoyed this version very much. If you are a Jane Eyre lover you need to own this one.
