Directions Of Use:
For a stunning smoky eye, line the upper and lower lash line with the cream liner and layer the powder eyeshadow over the line to "smoke" it up. Blend, line, and layer the products until the desired smoky effect is achieved. The liner and eyeshadow can also be worn alone.
