I Have tried lots of mouse mats/gaming surfaces and this is hands down the best I have ever used. It has the comfort of a soft mat and the glide of a hard mat, without the collecting of dirt, hair and grease of a soft mat or the wearing of the surface and cold feeel of some hard mats. Never once has my cursor got stuck and it feels like it will last alot longer than the other mats I have had, so even though it's more expensive I feel like I will save money on this long term.
