This Firetrap Bartlet Parka is a lovely coat but very large in size! I am a size 8 and ordered XS. It fit nicely but was very loose. My mum (size 10) tried it on and it fit her well. As a rough guide, I would say the XS is probably more of a 10-12 so order a size down in this one (unusual for Firetrap!) The coat itself is really stylish though and can be worn two ways - as shown on the picture or the front can be folded over and buttoned back as with more military style jackets if you prefer to wear your coat open. The coat is quite thin but it is warm as it is lined in a fleece/flannel type material. The only downside is that this coat does not have any fastenable pockets and no insde pocket which is a bit of a pain. Also, it doesn't seem to be waterproof so probably isn't "perfect for wet days out" as the title says... but I tend to drive more than I walk so haven't really tested this out! Great coat for the price.
