    Nottingham based indie-rock five piece Tindersticks were formed in the early nineties. Their ninth studio album "The Something Rain" is, in many ways, a continuation of their ethos of progression in terms of both subject and style, however it is also distinct from past works - the album was created on a new label and recordings occurred periodically over the course of more than a year. This lends an aspirational feeling to the work that sounds like it is trying to justify itself to the listeners and, as such, has produced tracks such as "This Fire of Autumn", “Frozen”, and "Come Inside".
