    The Clash are an English punk rock band that celebrated global success during the British punk invasion in mid to late 1970's. Their style of music incorporates elements of reggae as well as ska, dub, funk, rap, dance, and rockabilly.

    'The Singles' box set offers fans the chance to own every single ever released by the band. From 'White Riot' through to 'This is England', as well as a host of bonus tracks and B-sides, there are over 60 tracks to enjoy here. A 44-page booklet is also thrown in and contains rare pictures and notes by Pete Townshend, Nick Hornby, The Edge, Tony Parsons, Bobby Gillespie, Irvine Welsh, Bernard Sumner, and Ian Brown.

    A superb collection for the masses...

    This is so...great...Beautiful packing..A very well done made monster box set of all clash singles...what else can you ask? I am not going to review Clash music..Many have done this much better than me...This is rare value item, which will not going to stay here forever, so...if you like good energetic rock n roll energy...GET THIS ONE, one for you and one for each one of your beloved ones...you just can not go wrong.

    The Clash singles box set

    I've been a huge Clash fan since the 70's so this was something I really wanted to add to my collection. The box set itself looks amazing, it's really well put together; all the original sleeve art is here, even the CD's looks like singles, complete with grooves and the original labels in the middle!. This also comes with a booklet with quotes from famous Clash fans (Pete Townsend, Ian Brown, Shane Mcgowan, Bernard Sumner). Can't fault this at all and that's even before I mention the actual music, which speaks for itself. They were probably one of the most original and unique bands this country has ever produced, as these 19 singles prove. Clash fans; buy this. Anyone else; buy this too and listen to some musical history.
