    Perfume Genius is the alias of Seattle based solo artist Mike Hadreas and the follow up album to his 2010 debut release "Learning" is "Put Your Back N 2 It". First and foremost, fans of his previous works beautifully understated melancholy will be relieved to know that this new record can claim to be similarly moving although the subject matter is somewhat different. Whereas his first album was very much an introspective affair, this new release explores a much broader range of issues. Tracks of particular interest on the album include "Take Me Home", "Normal Song" and "Sister Song". (Adam Bibby)
