Lonely Are The Brave - Maverick Sabre CD

Lonely Are The Brave

    Product Review

    Release Date: 06 February 2012

"Lonely Are The Brave" is the eagerly anticipated debut full length album by the young and extremely talented English/Irish vocalist Maverick Sabre.

The album is a gritty, urban production, with Sabre's sharp tongue slicing through his quick witted lyrics with maximum effect, drawing focus to what he's actually singing about, making each song weighted with meaning. Accompanying his sharp lyrics are melodic tunes, with subtle yet effective drum and bass prominently featuring throughout, and Maverick Sabre's soulful and distinctive voice stands out, allowing a catchy chorus to form.

Featured on the album are the hit singles "Let Me Go" and "I Need", set to propel Sabre through the musical charts and blow listener's minds with his musical prowess and soulful, edgy bite. This debut most definitely makes Maverick one to watch. (Cat Emerson)

    Very good debut album

Maverick Sabre's Lonely Are The Brave is a great album with some excellent tracks. Unusual voice hooks you in. If you like Plan B, Amy Winehouse, etc., you'll love this. Fusion of old style R&B and current rap with a modern production.

    Soothes my soul

Love the vocals, emotions & arrangements. Amy Winehouse-ish talent for writing in a mix of urban & old time soul. Wish him the best for a long & prosperous career.
