    Since first appearing almost a decade ago as the winner of the first season of American Idol, Kelly Clarkson has become one of the most renowned figures in pop. "Stronger" is her fifth studio album following on from 2009's "All I Ever Wanted". Sonically the album features the expected upbeat guitars and hooks but they are tempered by a sense of coarse defiance with Clarkson drawing on a wide range of influences from Radiohead to Bruno Mars.     Hits the spot!

    Another fine album from Ms Clarkson. A brilliant mix of songs to suit all moods and I still find her voice incredible. Highly recommended.
