“Our Version Of Events” is the brilliant debut studio album by the British R&B and pop singer/song writer Emeli Sandé. This record went to number one on the UK Albums Chart, and is more than deserving of that honour.

“Our Version Of Events” mixes rhythmic pop melodies with R&B elements, blending them with elements of soul to create very emotional songs. These melodies are combined with Sandé's incredible singing voice and vocal range, her very unique and distinctive voice doing her wonderfully emotive lyrics justice.

This album features her chart topping singles “Heaven”, “Daddy”, and “Next To Me”. Sandé was also a featured artist on rapper Professor Green's number one hit song “Read All About It”, which appears on his record “At Your Inconvenience”. “Our Version Of Events” is a perfect debut album for Emeli Sandé, and completely does her talent justice. Every track on Emeli Sande's album Our Version Of Events is amazing. Track 5 just blows me away - it is awesome! Emeli Sande is so talented, for writing her songs and for having such a phenomenal voice - I love this album!
