"The Visitors" was ABBA's eighth and final recording, released in the November of 1981, and came as an unexpectedly dark follow up to the best selling "Super Trouper" album of the previous year. This can easily be related to the background of the album, which was a time of extreme tensions within the group following the tumultuous break up of Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad's marriage. This is something that was reflected in the brooding of both the album art and its songs. But brooding isn't necessarily bad, and there are a number of great tracks present on the album including "Slipping Through My Fingers", "One Of Us", and "All Is Said And Done". This Deluxe Edition is packed with a wide assortment of bonus material including the songs "Cassandra", and "Under Attack". Also included is a DVD that has a variety of captivating material for dedicated fans like television interviews, and commercials. (Adam Bibby)
