How did Lucy come to launch Never Fully Dressed, what’s her story?

Coming from East End, market trading parents it was only natural for Lucy to start sewing and customising a small about of samples to sell at Portobello & Spitalfields markets. Five years later Never Fully Dressed’s first and only permanent store was opened in Buckhurst Hill, Essex. Growing to be a world-renowned brand recognised for creative, exclusive prints & bold, multi-wear styling, NFD has built an amazing online community and believe their customer is their true influencer.

What is the Never Fully Dressed DNA?

More than a fashion brand, Never Fully Dressed is made up of a true, authentic, original voice started by founder Lucy, and expanded across the brand’s social and personal community. Living and believing that sass has no size, NFD looks to embrace everyBODY through feel-good dressing

Are Never Fully Dressed sustainable?

As a business, we have made a promise to expand our sustainable offering with a sustainable product increase of 5% per month across our range plans. With certain collections such as our swimwear being made of sustainable materials, this is an exciting journey for us and one in which we will keep updating. Our Pre-loved initiative allows customers to send back old, used, unwanted NFD pieces in return for loyalty points, promoting a longer lifecycle of our clothes which we then sell on our Depop page giving them a new home.
